This point describes in detail the GDPR Policy of the Consultant  (hereinafter referred to as "Counsellor"), who performs the duties of his/her profession in full compliance with the EU GDPR General Data Protection Regulation   data manager, applying a specific privacy policy.

Personal Information Collected
During the legal exercise of the profession of the Mental Health Counselor, who is part of the mental health professionals, both personal and sensitive data are collected. The reason for collecting the personal information of interested persons/users of mental health services is the possibility of planning an individual or family plan to provide psychological treatment or Counseling Support. Information is collected both during the initial contact stage (via personal contact, email, or phone call) and during the initial assessment session and subsequent treatment or counselling sessions. Information collected may include the following:

• Full name

• Date of birth

• Address of residence and residence

• Origin - nationality - religion

• Phone and other contact information

• Email adress

• Marital status

• Profession

• Data held by a hospital or doctor and healthcare professionals relating to an individual's health, illness and treatment history

• Information about medication, substance use, etc
